PRANTOJON, a non-government voluntary organization was organized and started working at Barisal division in order to develop the lifestyle of community people in May 4,2004 by a group of committed social workers with a view to provide support services, by sharing each other common interest of development for the marginalized local community. Subsequently PRANTOJON has been registered in October 11,2010. It has been working to increase democratic practice, to preserve human rights and to fast the flow of development as well as alleviating poverty. PRANTOJON is in the belief that this organization can play a strong and vital role in increasing awareness and gaining rights of the ordinary people by bringing the heartrending scenery of breaking human rights of ordinary people before the community. So, PRANTOJON has undertaken various programs for the development and inspiration of the people of grassroots level. Such as, Conference, Networking, Seminar, Campaign and Advocacy. Besides these, Publication; Workshop and Research on different significant aspects are arranged by the organization through which the guardian level of the community can be aware of the development initiatives as well as the importance of involving with the continuous development cycle in order to improve their livelihood.
