Prefect Irus is a system that monitors room environments and relays data to an internet based portal. Energy and Accommodation Managers are able to log on from anywhere and review/alter settings without ever stepping foot in a room. Users of Irus can enjoy 40% savings on their energy costs. Ecostat2 is a range of controllers with local control. A dedicated handset is used to set timings and temperatures for each room, allowing occupants to control their comfort but only within set parameters. We also provide Hob safety products for student accommodation, communal kitchens and for those living with dementia. HobSensus and HobSafe are a range of devices that stop hobs from being left on should the person preparing food be distracted and monitor the cooking space to help reduce the risk of fire in the kitchen.
