Premiair was first established as corporate aircraft operator in 1989 to cater for the needs of the corporation. In 2006, Premiair is officially turned into professionally run air charter business for public with AOC license 135 and supplement 121 to qualify as a non-scheduled air operator. PT. Ekspres Tranportasi Antarbenua (Pemiair) evolve into professional Air Charter business in 2006 with AOC license 135 to qualify Premiair as a non-scheduled air operator focusing in Aircraft Management and Aircraft Charter. Established in 2013, PT. Wira Jasa Angkasa (WJA) is premiair group subsidiary company focusing in aircraft maintenance and supplies. With its current status as approved maintenance facilities of embraer and cessna, WJA provides key services to support serviceability of aircraft such as mobile repair team, Battery & wheel shop, ppi assistances and regional aeronautical product distribution are amongst WJA numerous services. In 2014, PT. Wira adirajasa dirgantara (WIRA) was established, Focusing its business on fixed base operator. Initially operated to cater premiair fleet, Wira has grown into reputable fixed base operator & Serve client from around the globe.
