About
We are the Personalised Response Monitoring in Oncology: co-creating clinical trials in advanced breast cancer (PREMIO COLLAB) consortium. Our 6-million-euro project unites 13 European partners on a mission to enhance the survival and quality of life for metastatic breast cancer (MBC) patients. Our vision is bold: to revolutionise patient care and clinical workflows through advanced response monitoring.
Innovative Approach. We challenge outdated practices with FDG-PET/CT monitoring, aiming to incorporate the patient's perspective into clinical trials. By comparing this with conventional CT in a multicentre RCT, we focus on survival, quality of life, and cost-effectiveness, driving forward with AI and participatory research to modernise patient pathways.
Collaboration & Impact. As a hub of interdisciplinary collaboration, we're shaping the future of oncology, integrating AI in imaging and biopsies, and crafting modern digital workflows. Our work is pivotal for HTA agencies and health policy, underpinning new clinical standards.
Cancer Mission Cluster Member. Part of the "Diagnostics and Treatment" cluster, we embody the collective fight against cancer, merging science and humanity to improve MBC management.
