In the DISCO project, we work with all the elements involved in satellite transmission. This includes planning, design, development, testing, and assembling all the components of the satellite. The satellites are CubeSats, which enable students to gain insight into the space industry on a larger scale while developing valuable competencies in the field. The satellites are sent into space, where they will assist climate organizations such as the Arctic Research Centre and IClimate. The satellites will collect data to help scientists study various aspects of climate change in Greenland.
