Project H.E.I.M.D.A.L. is an acronym for “Hyperspectral Environmental Imagery Measurements Differentiating between Areas of Localized specimens”.
We are a student project group working on using Hyper Spectral Imaging (HSI) for classification as a tool for ecological analysis. We have a close collaboration with the compagny NewTec
The team consists of 13 students from Syddansk Universitet and Aarhus Universitet
The project is launched as part of the German-Swedish REXUS/BEXUS student programme, which offers students to launch experiments in either rockets or stratospheric balloons and guides them throughout the designing of the project.
