PRGRM has been founded and developed by Jack Hanrahan who is a widely regarded certified fitness trainer, strength coach and soft tissue therapist. Jack has worked all over the world with A-list Directors and movie stars, travelled the globe with CEOs and successful entrepreneurs. He’s trained a number of high level athletes too. But most of all he loves to help people adopt a new way of training, to help individuals to feel, look and perform better in their bodies.
Our first app, PRGRM., launched in April 2021, gives more people the opportunity to benefit from Jack’s proprietary balanced fitness methods and programmes to become fit for life. Also within the PRGRM product portfolio is 1:1 coaching, PRGRM training kit…with new digital training products to be launched soon.
