Pride Detox was founded by Donna Weinberger, a leading voice in the LGBTQIA+ addiction recovery community with over 10 years of experience in the field of addiction treatment serving the LGBTQ community. Donna's passion for serving the LGBTQIA+ community and creating a safe space for queer and transgender folks and others within the LGBTQ community led them to open Inspire Recovery in West Palm Beach, Florida in 2015. Donna opened Inspire Recovery because it was a vital need to have an affirming environment for the transgender and queer community to live and recover with LGBTQ peers and an LGBTQ affirming staff. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, Donna is concerned about the well-being of their peers and ensuring that anyone who wants to recover from addiction has a safe and affirming space to grow. And now, we are thrilled to continue Donna's legacy with Pride Detox. At Pride Detox, we are committed to carrying on Donna's approach of providing innovative and affirming addiction treatment services to the LGBTQIA+ community.
