Visionary Billing Solutions is not your typical medical billing and collection agency. Its founder, Jon Kiviat, knows first-hand the ins and outs of dealing with substance abuse at all levels of care, from the patient perspective, as well as the perspectives of the facility, the insurance company, and the medical billing agency.
It was from this considerable depth of experience and knowledge that Visionary Billing Solutions (VBS) was born. From his personal and business background, Jon learned it would be a better experience for all concerned if a medical billing/solutions company remained a boutique firm, rather than go the corporate route, and Jon was determined to keep this in mind when he established the firm in October of 2016.

The firm’s co-owners, Jon Kiviat and Eric Lubowitz, along with several other staffers (“we are more like family than co-workers”) handle billing, collections, consulting and oversight, and utilization review, with a unique personal, hands-on approach. Everything is done in-house. There is no outsourcing so there is no chance for mishaps or misunderstandings.
