Pride UK Quality Standard

The need for an LGBTQ+ quality mark as a management tool to raise staff awareness and strengthen service delivery has been evidenced in several consultations with LGBTQ+ communities whose reports conclude that having a recognised standard of LGBTQ+ awareness is important for the confidence of both LGBTQ+ staff in the workplace and LGBTQ+ customers choosing goods and services. The Pride UK quality standard (R) is awarded by Pride UK Training and Consultancy to all organisations assessed by our CIPD qualified managers and consultants as providing an LGBTQ+ inclusive workplace culture and a quality customer service experience to lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people.
