I am a highly motivated and versatile health and social care manager who combines getting the job done with a strong belief in providing high quality care and excellent customer service. I have worked and volunteered with vulnerable people all my adult life. Sector experience includes Registered Manager and Operations Support. Most recently I have been delivering and assessing QCF qualifications and short courses in health and social including at a management level. I have a track record of business development, building fruitful relationships with stakeholders, motivating and managing staff teams and improving quality and compliance.I have worked across private and not for profit sectors, local government and as a freelance consultant and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.I am also a volunteer with older people and have a particular interest in Dementia.I demonstrate integrity, commitment and have an optimistic outlook on life.
