We adopt a client-focused approach to each assignment to develop appropriate integrated solutions to satisfy the needs of the client, architect and key stakeholders. Our engineers are acutely aware that often the optimum engineering solution can often be influenced by factors beyond structural efficiency such as architectural aesthetic, programming constraints, constructability, operational needs, cost or other interfacing disciplines. By working closely with the client and professional team, we aim to provide elegant engineering proposals that are fully integrated with the needs of others to satisfy the brief and exceed team expectations.
Based in Hong Kong, PCE provides structural engineering design and construction services for retail, hospitality, residential and commercial projects throughout SE Asia with the majority of our work in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Macau.
