Priscus Finance was launched in 2004, focusing on merger and acquisition advisory and dedicated to the financial sector. Priscus Finance business is currently developed by a team of fifteen partners, all of them with extensive leadership experience within large French or international financial institutions. Priscus Finance has maintained its focus on merger and acquisition advisory for the financial sector: banks, insurance companies, brokers, FinTech, asset managers, investment funds, etc. Moreover, Priscus Finance has expanded its merger and acquisition advisory to adjacent sectors, in particular Technology, real-estate, food, health and tourism. Following its development in France, Priscus has taken ground in Spain, Portugal, Italy and Bulgaria to expand its merger and acquisition advisory business on those markets as well as serve its French clients. Priscus Finance has also developed an advisory business in the high-growth markets of Africa, Morocco in particular, the Middle-East, Asia and Australia. Priscus Finance counts with the support of other branches: Priscus Participations, with a focus on investment advisory, Priscus Développement, specialized in corporate support for business development and the recent creation through acquisition of Priscus Health and Tech, focused on the Biotech industry.
