Pro Talk

Pro Talk is the gamification of effective communication skills. Humans are innately social beings who constantly interact. Every team, relationship, and human interaction has communication nuances that can make or break the intentions and needs of the relationship. Pro Talk was developed through extensive research of theories and evidence-based practices in the areas of industrial/organizational, humanistic, and performance psychology. The Pro Talk founders met in doctoral college where they found a convergence of practice in the areas of business and employee well-being. There was a great need for psychology consulting in the business arena, where Rick and Christine began their first business venture together. During their consulting endeavors, it became obvious that effective communication skills were a key to almost every business problem that their customers faced. Pro Talk responds to the clear need to improve business communication skills in a fun and lasting way. Rick and Christine began playing Pro Talk with their families, friends, current and former clients. There was such a strong demand for Pro Talk that they decided to focus their business efforts solely on the gamification of communication. Pro Talk endeavors include the original Pro Talk game as well as Pro Lead, Pro Talk for Kids, and Pro Talk for Families. New product development is an important part of our business strategy.
