ClaimVision employs NLP/AI algorithms to analyze and determine the strength of independent claims as compared to their peers in a portfolio or technology area. This data is used during our patent portfolio development and defensive services. We have recently teamed up with IBM to offer our Patent Management Program, a comprehensive solution encompassing licensing, patent sales, and bundled patent services. This collaboration provides customers with coverage during all stages of a patent’s lifecycle. Proactive brings our expertise in software development and strategic and defensive patent services, which includes enhanced patent preparation and prosecution, in-depth patent analysis and acquisition, and portfolio threat neutralization — while IBM, a global leader in innovation, brings patent sales and licensing of their immense patent portfolio consisting of 85,000 assets.
