PROBIOLOR, créée en 1991, est la coopérative 100 % bio de l'Est de la France spécialisée dans les métiers du grain. Nous comptons plus de 270 adhérents, répartis sur la région Grand-Est, pour un volume de collecte de près de 25 000 tonnes. Nous sommes basés à Vézelise, en Meurthe-et-Moselle et sommes membres fondateur de l’Union commerciale Fermes Bio.
En plus de la collecte, du stockage et du tri de céréales biologiques, notre coopérative a développé une unité de fabrication d'aliment du bétail.
La Coopérative PROBIOLOR est labellisée Bio Equitable en France depuis fin 2020.
