At Pro Capital it is our desire to work in conjunction with municipalities to help them meet their budgets and maintain their housing; using private money to do a public good. We are a real estate investment company based out of Pennsauken and have been operating since 2009. We excel at investing in municipal tax liens across the North East, mainly in New Jersey. As one of the largest tax lien investors in the area, we are diligent with expanding our investment portfolio. Our investments in these communities increase the value of neighboring properties and supply funding for municipal services provided to all residents. We work in conjunction with local officials and members of the community to foster more economic growth for all parties involved.
