Process Change

Process Change exists to help and gently challenge you to unlock your collaborative, facilitative and relational magic for better human systems and our planet. The magical (collaboration) ‘process world’ is an invisible scaffolding that is all around us: - When you are trying to set up team work… collaboration/process matters - When facing dysfunctional relationships at work, and in life… collaboration/process matters - When you aim to identify, analyse, decide, undertake and/or achieve something important together because you couldn’t get there only by yourself… collaboration/process matters - When you are trying to get (yourself or your colleagues to be) better at engagement, interpersonal communication, feedback, decision-making, networking… collaboration/process is the starting and ending point. And the skill that helps us get better at collaboration/process is facilitation. Facilitation is the ‘glue and grease’ of collaboration. I bring my magical wand to reveal that process scaffolding so we better navigate our common narratives, endeavours, relationships and missions. ‘Process Change’ is named so because I’m there to help my clients both a) challenge and change the collaboration/processes they use and b) realise that change is constant and find ways to prepare themselves for and anticipate it Concretely, what does that mean in terms of the services I offer? - I directly design and facilitate events, meetings, conferences and longer-term (especially multi-stakeholder) collaboration initiatives; - I love co-designing and co-facilitating them with associates and people from my client organisations, strengthening their collaborative muscle; - I train people on collaboration, facilitation and related matters (interpersonal communication, feedback) – both using the specific repertoire of Liberating Structures and foundational group facilitation skills; - I coach individuals and teams on collaboration, facilitation and knowledge management.
