Product Minded

Product Minded offers leadership coaching to new or aspiring Heads of Product, VP of Product, and Chief Product Officers, and related disciplines. Based in the south west of the UK, we offer both individual coaching by video call or onsite, and group training and workshops. Our goals is to help product managers develop into effective leaders, equipped with the skills required to build, manage, and develop successful product teams. We aim to build confidence by identifying and reinforcing strengths, as well as developing new skills. We encourage servant leadership, and promote the importance of psychological safety and emotional intelligence.
