Proffer Brainchild provides Continuous Improvement, Innovation and Project Management training workshops & consulting services. Our consultants have advanced academic degrees and as well as extensive experience in government, product design, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare. As a result the classes and consulting we provide is based on a blend first hand experience and the latest academic research. We offer 3 versions of Lean Six Sigma training tailored for Healthcare, Manufacturing & Logistics, and IT & Service. All of these programs are available at beginner (Yellow Belt), intermediate (Green Belt), and advanced (Black Belt) levels. The Green Belt and Black Belt programs are conducted in conjunction with projects which allow particpants to immediately apply the material they are learning in class and to provide a quick return on investment for the class. We also offer courses in Project Management and Preventing Human Error. All of our course are highly interactive to keep participants engaged and to improve comprehension and retention.
