- Target to capitalize on opportunities in the small-to mid-sized property market, which has been proven to be more unorganized and provide more attractive, niche opportunities than the large institutionalized market.
- Provide professional real estate advisory services to HNWIs and their corporate real estate.
- Run or jointly run an operational company (Opco) per key strategy that enables the firm to execute business plans more effectively and efficiently.
- Provide real estate advisory or sub-asset management services to on-shore LP/GP clients.
- Provide investment advisory/asset management services to off-shore LP/GP clients who do not have an office or a team in Japan.
- Successful with its principal investments with gross levered returns ranging from 17% IRR and 1.5x EM to 51% IRR and 2.6x EM.
