Onze werkzaamheden als bemiddelingsbureau en die van de zorgverleners zijn gericht op het welzijn van de klant, deze staat centraal. Zorg op maat noemen wij dat!
ProGeria Thuiszorg werkt nauw samen met InterMediCare Thuiszorg (IMC) , die als erkende zorginstelling actief is in onder meer de Wijkzorg en Palliatieve thuiszorg. In veel gevallen organiseert ProGeria de aanvullende diensten voor cliënten van IMC.
