Project 36 (Nepal)®

'Project 36 (Nepal)'® is a fast developing and exciting social enterprise, run by students at Sussex University in cooperation with a community in central Nepal. With a goal of preventing iron deficiency anaemia whilst providing economic opportunities, this team of motivated students is well on its way to reaching just that. After an immensely successful expedition to the field in Jan/Feb this year, the team was able to collect results regarding iron deficiency; conducting awareness campaigns and even assisting a local doctor in haemoglobin testing. P36 is run within the framework of Enactus™ (Sussex, UK) and is supported by student volunteers, academics and business professionals.
