Project Light Foundation

As we believe in 4 main human capacities (intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical), our aim is to support the inner development of 5% of the region’s population (aged 18-30) by 2050 through projects focused on: - awareness and Intentionality, by shedding light on the objective state of our collective inner landscape, as it is - transformational education, by enabling young adults to step into authorship of their story, and make choices from there - collective healing, by unfreezing and integrating differences to unlock the wisdom of our collective trauma In the first phase (2023-2027) we concentrate on the Western Balkans. The support we provide to the project leaders in making a meaningful impact is based on our team's extensive expertise in global business, consulting, and entrepreneurship, which we have accumulated over the course of our 20+ year careers.
