Transfiguration Advisory

Transfiguration Advisory is a specialized consultancy advising leaders stewarding the cultural evolution of systems - organizational, government-wide and societal/national. We offer personal coaching journeys to leaders, keynotes, cultural diagnostics and year-long culture transfiguration journeys. Our purpose is to contribute to a world in which organizations are in harmony with humanity and nature. We contribute to this purpose by helping leaders steward the cultural evolution of systems. The Transfiguration Advisory approach is based on real-life experience working with over 200 organizations, the leading global examples of culture evolution at scale, relevant theory and research-backed approaches, underpinned by insights from ancient wisdom traditions. The approach is distilled into 5 Principles and 5 Metamindsets, which we apply in all our work: coaching, keynotes, diagnostics and culture journeys.
