My name is Ron Cook and I founded Project Masterminds because I believe in the power of projects to help make the world a better place. I've been actively involved with projects for nearly 3 decades. In that time, I’ve seen some good projects, some bad projects, and some pretty ugly projects. I studied each project carefully to understand what worked ... and what didn't. I’ve also worked with many project managers. From these relationships, I learned it’s not the software they use or the certifications they hold that help the best ones reach high levels of performance and productivity we.
