We aim to cultivate a world where dancers thrive- empowered by knowledge and supported in their pursuit of health and performance. By raising awareness of RED-D, we aim to dispel harmful myths, create safe training environments, and promote practices that prioritise well-being above all. Equipping dancers, parents, artistic coaches, and dance communities with the tools to recognise and address energy deficiency, allows dancers to fully experience the joy of dance and develop a healthier relationship with their art, reaching their full potential while safeguarding their health for a long and fulfilling future.
