Project Shrimati is an initiative by Enactus Jamia Millia Islamia, which aims to tackle the prevalent problems in our country such as unemployment, plastic pollution, menstrual hygiene and sanitary waste disposal by manufacturing reusable, eco-friendly sanitary pads, while also raising awareness of menstrual health and hygiene. We also provide a source of stable income to the underprivileged women communities and offer them an opportunity at self-dependency and self-sufficiency through working on the grounds of creating eco-friendly reusable sanitary pads.
