ProjectFlat is a tiny home restaurant, food content studio, promoter store of local brands. We serve food from farm to table. Our ingredients are seasonal, organic, and local. We promote local biodiversity and zero waste. We train local producers on food value chain and help them to turn into a brand. We organize events for local producers and farmers to get direct access to customers. We develop content for chefs, bloggers and food enthusiasts. We organize events, masterclasses, and food tourism activities.
