Le projet national et collaboratif HILL regroupe 25 partenaires, dont 16 établissements de l'enseignement supérieur. Il accompagne la transformation pédagogique dans le domaine de l'éco-conception alimentaire grâce à l'hybridation de plusieurs concepts pédagogiques et à trois laboratoires : le Learning-Lab, le Virtual-Lab et le Fab-Lab. Il aboutira à la création d'une plateforme numérique innovante qui accompagnera chaque apprenant dans son parcours de formation initiale ou continue, de manière individuelle et interactive.
