Our Vision To help these Endeavors succeed by sorting out their promises and pitfalls. Who We Are For over 30 years, members have advised and managed some of the most successful deployments of IT. What We Do Prometheans are authors and advisors. We make observations, challenge assumptions and offer advice about the work proposed or being done. We apply our knowledge, management experience, frameworks and models to sort out the issues and good ideas from traps and blind alleys. We uncover unknowns, identify scenarios, set priorities and plans, calibrate adjustments and measure progress. What We Don’t Do The Prometheus Endeavor, itself, does not do consulting, represent vendors or do for-fee public speaking. Some members offer these services. Ask for an introduction.
