𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Propel Projects is a project management & advisory consultancy firm that provides services to the property development and construction industry including project delivery, project advisory, project governance and expert witness services. We are engaged and retained by property developers, owners, agencies, consultants and builders. We are client and solution focused and aim to be a valued and trusted partner. Propel Projects was established in 2020 and is based in Sydney, New South Wales. The founder and principal of Propel Projects is David Risbey who has extensive industry experience having delivered many significant and complex projects as either a builder or a developer over 30 year career in executive and project leadership roles. These delivered projects have a combined value exceeding $1 billion and include approximately 110,000sqm NLA of commercial high rise office space, over 1,200 residential apartments and 35,000sqm of industrial complexes.
