Psychology Brighton was founded by Dr Anna Chiara Sicilia, Chartered Clinical Psychologist and Director, with the aim to create a safe space to support people through their recovery journey. We are a specialist mental health private practice offering high-quality psychological therapies and services in Brighton & Hove and online. We have been offering psychological therapies and services for the past three years. We all go through difficult times in our lives and find ourselves in the position of needing professional support. There should be no shame in that. After all, we are all human beings.
