The Association PTO (Part Time Optimisation) aims at promoting new flexible working models such as job and top sharing. The main purpose is to have a clear impact on society through diversity and inclusion.
We were among the first on the Swiss labour market to open companies for job and top sharing and to show the benefits and challenges of it. We work as a THINK TANK with many data and researches (market researches and surveys) which position us as the leader in Europe inspiring many neighboring countries and we provide several services to implement the model. We support and accompany many larger interntational cooperation.
We support you towards an optimal implementation of a job and top sharing for employers (HR experts and management) and employees (persons searching to work in a job sharing setting and duos ready to apply).
