Users learn via lessons and play games to move onto the next levels. They can also ask anonymous questions that are answered by verified health experts and complete daily check-ins to create self-awareness and emotional intelligence around feelings, both emotionally and physically. We also use fruit as our theme, to enable conversations by making the content easily digestible.
