Public Arts Commission (PAC)

Founded in 2014, the Public Arts Commission had one goal: to see more public art in Grand Forks, ND. Since then, PAC has worked to execute that goal with many individual projects scattered throughout Grand Forks, as well as annual events, and new galleries and exhibits that showcase local artists. Our vision To interweave arts and culture into the fabric of our community resulting in the attraction of visitors and residents with diverse talent that will bring about innovation and economic growth. our mission PUBLIC ART | Support public art that inspires creative conversation and adds to the overall vibrancy of our community. SUPPORT/PROMOTE ART COMMUNITY | Support all mediums of art by connecting artists to collectors and promoting local artists, performances, exhibits, events, murals, and sculptures.
