Commercial District Services LLC (CDS) delivers managed services specifically designed for the Special Improvement District and Place Management industry. We streamline operations, eliminate costly overhead, and empower organizations to maximize the impact of their assessment dollars within their districts. We started out more than three decades ago as a firm focused on downtown revitalization, helping to organize many of New Jersey’s earliest special improvement districts (SID), including the state’s first SID in Cranford in 1985. Today, we’ve grown into a full-service firm connecting place management with outdoor cleaning and public safety services to provide a unified, accessible, and effective suite of services for special improvement districts, private property owner associations, and municipalities.
