Pulse Logistics, established in April 2012 are a wholly owned Irish Logistics Company that pride ourselves on been recognised as a top class supply chain solutions provider. Our major shareholder is Total Produce Group plc, which is the largest fresh produce importer and distributor in Europe with revenues in excess of €3.5bn and have extensive logistics capabilities within the group. We work with many international brands including Dunnes Stores, C&C Group, Coca-Cola, Allegro, Medite Europe, L’Oreal, Nivea, Abbott Technologies and Boston Scientific. We operate mainly across the FMCG sector and handle in excess of 22m cases, with 74 contracts servicing over 10,000 customer delivery points throughout Ireland. We have facilities in Dublin, Longford and Clonmel and share facilities in Limerick and Galway. In total our own warehouse space in circa 600,000 SQ FT with an additional 30,000 SQ FT shared. We are ISO 9000 and HPRA accredited and operate Customs & Excise bonded facilities. Our Customer Service Support team are recognised as Interactive and Pro-active while offering our clients a Single Point of Contact to simplify communications and enabling swift escalation procedures. We have a large fleet of vehicles totalling over 40, with articulated trucks, rigids and different van types. We have a trailer fleet of around 100 trailers including dry box and curtain sided vehicles. All fleet is monitored using Tom Tom GPRS tracking. We have IT Systems capabilities that satisfy all customers’ requirements, we operate both customer’s systems and/ or interface data feeds to customer’s systems and we have implemented best of breed ‘In-Dex’ WMS solution from Principal systems together with best of breed voice hardware and software supplied by Zetes systems. The solution will be configured through system parameters to meet the differing contract operational requirements for picking, cross docking and storage customers.
