We know the business has evolved over the years into a growing industry. However, despite the general recognition of Colombian coffee as one of the best in the world, the words "qualification" and "standards" are not common in its vocabulary.
We think it's time to change this. That is why we have included the cupping score as a rating for our product. This rating goes from 0 to 100, allowing the quality of the coffee to be certified.
Each Q.Coffee bag has been cupped a minimum of five different times during the cupping process, by certificated Quality Graders. The coffee lots we roast are coffees scoring 86 points and above.
