QASR is a specialist, independent, consultancy that provides transformation, advisory and training services to organisations that wish to change their performance and make efficiencies. We work with asset-intensive organisations spanning industries from utilities and transport, to government infrastructure and defence. Many of our clients are regulated and need to respond to regulatory challenges and develop strong regulatory submissions. Whatever, the driver, we enable organisations to make step changes in performance. Our work covers all areas of the organisation's operations from the top to the bottom, and from the strategic through to day-to-day operations.
