QAssist was created to support the continual progression and improvement of the vocational education landscape. Quality within education is essential to provide individuals with meaningful life chances and tackle inequalities across society. Whether it be a first entrant to the employment market, someone looking to reskill for a new opportunity or someone looking to better themselves, a high-quality vocational education builds the behaviours, knowledge and skills necessary to take on those opportunities. QAssist was started by Nic Preston, an effective individual with over 18 years’ experience in the training and development sector with a proven ability in quality assurance demonstrated in several roles influencing training environments. Having been involved in local, regional, national and international initiatives, Nic has worked with individuals and organisations to plan and create learning and development solutions. Nic has supported projects engaging learning and development across all ages, economic backgrounds and familial and societal environments ensuring access for all to educational and developmental learning opportunities.
