A QUARTZ Befektetési Alapkezelő eddigi működése során elsősorban a magyar ingatlanpiacon volt aktív, miközben az ingatlanalapokon túl foglalkozik még értékpapír- és magántőkealapok kezelésével is. Az ingatlanbefektetések fókuszában elsődlegesen kereskedelmi ingatlanokkal (irodaépületek, ipari és kereskedelmi egységek, szállodák, logisztikai ingatlanok) kapcsolatos fejlesztési projektek állnak, de emellett más jellegű befektetési célok, illetve eszközök (pl. lakóingatlanok) is szerepelnek a kezelt alapok portfóliójában. Az ingatlanbefektetéseken túl a QUARTZ az általa kezelt magántőkealapokban több hazai és külföldi befektetést hajtott végre: ezek a humán szektorhoz (magánoktatás és egészségügy, rekreációs lehetőségek), a pénzügyi és kereskedelmi szektorhoz, megújuló energiaforrások hasznosításához, valamint termelő vállalatokhoz kapcsolódó pénzügyi befektetések.

QUARTZ Investment Fund Management Ltd. is primarily active in the Hungarian real estate market, but also manages securities and private equity funds. The focus of real estate investments is mainly on the development of commercial real estate (office buildings, industrial and commercial units, hotels, logistics real estate), but other types of “products” (e.g., residential real estate) may be included in the portfolio of the managed investment funds.
Besides the real estate portfolio our private equity portfolio includes several foreign and domestic investments related to the human sector (private education and health, as well as recreational opportunities), the financial and commercial sector, the renewable energy sector and manufacturing companies.
