Our services are effectively used by factories and manufacturers locally in South Africa as well as representing International customers in South Africa. We control suppliers that supply components, parts or other raw materials used for further processing, or enhancements in the manufacturing processes. (Resident Engineer) We are an independent company and are therefore seen as a service provider that offers guaranteed impartial and confidential services. Monthly Services could include: •Pre-inspection of raw materials before receiving into the plant. •Final inspection of products before shipment to customer. •Review and verification checks at customer or as per your specific instructions. •Onsite or at customer sorting, rework, inspection actions as may be required. Factories and Manufacturing plants Receiving, In-process or final inspection, containment , reworks or other actions needed that remedies and promotes better production performance. Sorting exercises and containment of suspect parts or rework actions required on behalf of your supplier. Regular communication and actions that promote a pro-active environment. •8D Reports or other corrective action support •Review and validation of potentially rejected parts on behalf of the supplier •Periodic presence at the customer to ensure pro-active support •Verification of quantity, quality and timing to simplify imports / exports Quality Management Support Assistance with developing defensive strategies in cases of customer complaints. Assistance, development and taking responsibility of your quality management processes, till agreed conformance targets are reached. Ensuring the preferred requirement and balance between POC and PONC. Reduction of your reject % to a viable level. Reduction of your customer and supplier concerns. jaco@qcheck.co.za
