About Queensland Cardiovascular Research Network

QCVRN aims to provide a collaborative link across clinical, biomedical and public health researchers in Queensland, as well as better interactions with Queensland's Department of Health. QCVRN aims to deliver an increase in research capacity, sharing of expertise and funding by fostering networking and collaborations within the Queensland cardiovascular research community. Currently chaired by A/Prof Jonathon Fanning and Dr Meegan Walker, the QCVRN is supported by the Heart Foundation, Queensland Health, and a number of universities who believe in the need for greater collaboration and capacity for cardiovascular research.
