A full time on-site design staff allows customers to work directly with the designer to ensure the product meets their needs. Utilizing current technology allows QIG, LLC. to communicate with customers through various types of media, from simple email and telephone to video conferencing and instant messaging we are able to stay connected with our customer. We also maintain our own FTP site for secure file transfers and transferring files too large for other methods. Maintaining an accreditation to the ISO9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards ensures that our products meet the most stringent of requirements.
