I am a young, highly driven individual who is heavily motivated. I have a strong skill set and love contact with customers and working in a team oriented atmosphere. I have skills ranging from the bottom of the shop floor to the front office. I have been involved in CNC machine shops and operations since i was 15 years old in high school giving me 20+ years of hands on experience to date. I have a willing attitude to attack the most difficult situations and am flexible and easy to talk to. I believe that I am a strong asset to any team. My key factors that I strive for each work day are below.-Alpha mentality. No beta here. I strive to be aggressive day in and day out.-Respect. I treat the janitorial staff the same as management level because that is where I started.-Punctuality. I strive for perfect attendance and not being late. And this is something I do well at.-Heart. If you are not putting heart into your work, it has no relevance. I am married to my career and that has given me the jump from the beginning to continue to climb the ladder. -Positivity. I am always the upbeat member of the team with a positive outlook.-Adversity. I live for it. I love the thrill of tight deadlines, customer pressure, and eyes on me. If you aren't sweating at your job in one way or another - you are not living!!I am the founder of Coach Smith Youth Athletics LTD. Along with my wife, brother, and good friend we are on a mission to serve Whitley County's Youth. We are living the mantra that no elementary or junior high student athlete should not be able to compete based on financial needs.
