Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University

Quanzhou Vocational and Technical University (QVTU) is a comprehensive university in Jinjiang, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. Founded in 1986, the university took its current name in May 2019 after the Ministry of Education of China, officially granted its full university status. QVTU is proud to be among the first group of the “Vocational and Technical Education Initiative” at the undergraduate level in China. QVTU currently focuses on undergraduate and diploma education, supplemented by adult higher education, and various forms of practical technical training programmes. The university runs among others an automotive-, intelligent manufacturing and an digital faculty. Alltogether with 18 undergraduate majors and 22 diploma majors, accommodating over 12000 full-time students. The dual-system vocational education created more job opportunities for students during studying. Therefore the employment rate is up to 98%
