The Region 2 Public Health Training Center is a collaboration of Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, Rutgers School of Public Health, Impactivo in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Imkada Solutions in the US Virgin Islands, and the New York State Association of County Health Officials. Our mission is to enhance the public health workforce’s ability to effectively deliver the essential public health services to New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands populations. Our designated topic areas are health disparities, health equity, and the social determinants of health.
