RA Paramount LLC is an investing, consulting and Manufacturers Representative firm in the fields of health care, insurance, medical devices, imaging systems and sensors, real estate and a variety of product sales and marketing firms. I own and manage a manufacturer's representative business. We focus on the Imaging Electronics and Medical Device industry. We are also now working in the US Health Insurance Industry. We cover all of North America. I am trained in consultative selling and marketing and I enjoy interacting with people. I am an experienced manager of start-up firms with a strong engineering background and business acumen. I believe in rigid fiscal discipline and analyzing return on investment of all business and engineering decisions. The ability to convey key corporate strengths & marketing points to secure customer and investor confidence is a characteristic I am proud of. I have a strong track record of marketing and selling technical products, services and intangible product ideas. O'Neill Marketing is an exciting young firm that is growing by leaps and bounds. Specializing in the US Health Insurance Industry. My son, Kerry Jr., is the CEO and Co-Founder. I am most pleased to be working for my son during his busy season (Open Enrollment) and whenever he needs help. While my career has been in the electronics and imaging industries it is enjoyable to learn a new industry and work for my son. I am so proud of him, his knowledge, hard work ethic and most importantly his kindness to those he works with and his clients. I'd do anything for my children and if that means learning a new industry and working hard for him I am a very lucky father. My firm, RA Paramount LLC, is still doing Mfg Rep business in the electronics and imaging industry and now adds the Insurance Industry to it. I am a licensed Insurance Broker. We also represent other synergistic solutions that can help firms run more efficiently and provide the consulting to ensure results.
