We want to enable a brighter future for the children of Kayamandi, a small township in Stellenbosch, South Africa. Times are rough for many of us, though no where near as tough as for others. And this is why every cent is appreciated and assured to help a great cause. Sometimes, little things make the biggest difference! 100% of the proceeds collected by this fundraiser will be directly transferred to the project Songo.info in Kayamandi, be assured the donations will only support the causes mentioned below. Songo.info is an education and sports program developed by the World Mountainbike Champion Christoph Sauser and Songo Fipaza, giving the kids a safe space to learn, play and grow. The goal is to take the children off the streets and guide them onto the right path in life, in a nurturing and encouraging environment that supports their personal development. With your donation to RACE, 50% of the proceeds will go towards the "Songo tots teacher program", a recently created program that supports children at an early age, 30% will go towards the Lunch program and 20% will go to the digital learning program "School in a Box". Songo.info does everything to ensure that children do not fall through the cracks, helping them with math problems, improving their English reading and writing skills, and providing tertiary education support afterwards.
